HR Situation
Although the current number of man power working in the district is 220 but there is only 182 fulfilled number of human resources than its Sanctioned number 240 in the district. In percentage 24.2 percent vacant post still remains in the district during this FY. Sanctioned Post of Medical officer still remains vacant but we have currently working 3 doctors in the district by Government contract.
DPHO has 100 percent fulfilled post of sanctioned post. Highest percentage of vacant post is 29.60 in health post during this fiscal year. It indicates that kaski district has slightly better situation in human resource.
